Transitioning from positions in marketing and product development, I integrated design perspectives and thinking into the brand development process. From brand identity and visual elements to product experiences, establishing a design system combined design thinking with brand strategy, helping Bryton build its brand image and ensuring it remains consistent and competitive in various overseas markets.
From participating in product planning to executing product UI/UX and marketing design, and finally coordinating a global simultaneous market entry strategy, I led the achievement of a significant milestone for Bryton, taking the product from concept to reality. Successful strategic planning combined with effective team execution led to Bryton achieving a record-breaking annual revenue and a successful listing on the stock market.
